We’re back! Sip & Stretch with McCray Fitness & the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Come stretch, sip and find your inner peace at our Sip & Stretch Yoga event led by McCray Fitness Yoga instructor (Olivia) inside the Greater Columbus Convention Center - Atrium: North. 

Please plan ahead and bring your own yoga mat, towel and bottled water. All levels of yoga experience are welcome including beginners. 

Check in starts at 9:30am, with the yoga session starting promptly at 10am. Masks are required when entering the facility, and can be removed once socially distanced on your mat. Afterwards, unwind with a post-workout smoothie and snack.
